TheRealAlaska.com is a personal story following two childhood friends, Sierra Anderson and Brett Veerhusen through our re-admittance into the commercial fishing industry in Alaska.

Slowly, we will branch out past commercial fishing and cover many Alaskan topics.

May-Infinity: Brett & Sierra will test their techy guru skills with HTML. Dear Lord, save us.

May 28th-June 2nd: Brett will be driving up to Alaska, over 2,400 miles, from Seattle to Anchorage before he goes to the promised land.

June 9th: Sierra departs Seattle for a long boat trip all the way to Chignik, Alaska where her and Brett first met at the youthful age of five. No really, we were rocking our raingear and fish slime shortly after we were born.

Until our escapades begin, Brett and Sierra will update this site with a mixture of previous and current content that we hope you enjoy. Escape to the world of commercial salmon fishing with us, it will undeniably be of Epic Proportion.
