Recipe: Anderson’s Crab Dip

This is a long time generational favorite in the Anderson family. Far and wide, ask any Anderson what their favorite chip dip is and I guarantee you’ll get this one. This one is a hit at dinner party’s potlucks. you name it. So whip this one up for your 4th of July BBQ and people will be talking.

Anderson’s Crab Dip

2 – 8 oz Packages Cream Cheese (Low fat ok)

¼ c. Mayonnaise

¼ c. Sour Cream (low or non-fat ok)

¼ c. Milk

1 or more cloves of garlic (crushed to taste)

1Tbs. Worchestire

Several dashes Tabasco

Crab- (2 sections King, 4 – 6 sections snow or Dungenous, 2 – 7 ounce cans)

Mix ingredients except for crab in mixer (easier if cream cheese is near room temperature). Fold in crabmeat. Serve with crackers and/or ruffle potato chips.
